Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. Thank you for respecting the time, preparation, and care that goes into creating each experience.

Payment & Booking

Payment is required to confirm your booking. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Cancellation Policy below.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

To reschedule, please contact me directly, and I'll do my best to find another time that works for both of us.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.

If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, you may choose to:

• Reschedule your appointment, or

• Receive a refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees (if applicable).

No-Shows

Appointments missed without prior notice are considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled end time to honour appointments that follow.

If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible.

Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances

Life happens.

If illness or an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible. Compassion and understanding are important to me, and exceptional circumstances will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
