My Story
For years, I worked in mental health, wellness, leadership, and relationships.
I watched brilliant, capable people burn themselves out chasing success while believing joy had to wait. And I knew what that looked like from the inside, too.
There was a time when I looked capable on the outside while quietly falling apart underneath it all.
But spirituality had been woven through my life long before that.
I saw Spirit as a child, and by sixteen I was deeply drawn to energy, spirituality, and the things we can't always explain. My relationship with that part of myself wasn't always simple — there were years I leaned into it and years I pulled away.
Some of my deepest spiritual experiences came through some of the hardest seasons of my life. I've known profound loss, mental health struggles, and after a miscarriage, a near-death experience that changed something in me.
I often say Spirit finds us in the darkness. That's where hope sparks.
For me, that isn't just something I say. I've lived it.
Years later, during another difficult season, Amy found me and my path with The Modern Medium Collective began. Meditation, energy work, and my connection with Spirit became part of how I found my way back to myself.
And my relationship with spirituality changed too. It became less about trying to be “spiritual enough” and more about trusting what I already knew.
My spirituality has never asked me to become less of myself. If anything, it has asked me to become more.
More grounded. More alive. More trusting of myself. More willing to want what I want.
Eventually, all of those worlds collided.
And that became Driven & Desired.
Today, my work brings together the worlds I once thought had to remain separate — spirituality and sexuality, ambition and wellbeing, intuition and real life.
I don't see them as separate paths anymore. I see them as different ways of helping people reconnect with themselves.
So whatever brings you here, my hope is that you leave trusting yourself more than you did when you walked in.
