Through conversation, reflection, movement and experiential practices, we’ll explore what it means to make pleasure something you actively create space for — rather than something you wait to stumble into.
This isn’t about performing. It isn’t about being sexy enough, confident enough, healed enough, or anything else enough.
It’s about coming back into relationship with yourself — your body, your wants, your energy, your curiosity and your capacity to feel good.
